Baking mix for making original mochi cakes. Classic mochi cakes consist of glutinous rice dough prepared in a non-standard way, which not everyone can prepare at home. For this purpose, there is a ready-made mixture that is quite simple to prepare. In a bowl, mix 1 chicken egg, 50 ml of milk and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add the mixture from the package. Knead a homogeneous dough, then divide it into 16 – 20 pieces. Roll into balls. Place them on a baking tray and bake in the oven at 190 degrees Celsius for 15 – 20 minutes. Moti cake is ready. If desired, you can add your favorite filling.
