Ingredients: chicken breast or any other meat; cooked rice – quantity is individual; large potatoes – 2 pcs; carrots – 1 pc; onion – 1 pc; garlic – 1-2 cloves; curry – about 6 cubes; water – 850 ml.

Cooking method: Boil the required amount of rice. Chop meat finely, salt and pepper to taste. Cut garlic into small cubes, onions in rings, carrots in quarters, potatoes in cubes. Fry meat and garlic in a frying pan until golden. Add the rest of the vegetables to the pan, fry until the onion is soft. Place the fried food in a saucepan, pour 850 ml of water and stew under a lid over a low heat until the potatoes are cooked. Add the curry cubes and simmer stirring for 10 minutes. The sauce should thicken. Place on a plate and serve with rice in a 50 / 50 ratio. The dish is ready! Bon appetit!
