Shiseido DHA-EX is made from fresh purified oil of DHA-rich tuna and sardines and contains 85 mg of docosahexaenoic acid in one tablet.

Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) are among the unsaturated fatty acids of the omega-3 class, which are extremely important for human health, but are unable to be synthesized in the body and must come from outside the body. These omega-3 acids are almost absent in vegetable fats, but are found in the fat of marine fish. In case you do not consume enough marine oily fish, it is necessary to take omega-3 acids with special supplements.
