DHC Nail Rich nail health formula contains keratin, cystine and MSM. The complex is also enriched with zinc, biotin and beta-carotene, which support the health of the body as a whole. Keratin is a fibrillar protein that makes up the backbone of hair and nails. Keratin has a high sulfur content. Cystine provides elasticity, firmness and texture to skin, nails and hair.
