Elastin is a connective tissue protein of the skin and joints. Like collagen, elastin is very important to the health of skin and connective tissues – it provides firmness and elasticity (hence the name), helps retain moisture and creates a protective fatty film. Elastin is highly susceptible to breakdown from the sun’s ultraviolet rays.

Contraindications: There may be a moisture absorbent packet inside – do not use internally. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, are undergoing outpatient treatment, or have experienced allergic reactions to the ingredients of the product.
