Fancl FC Eye Serum relieves puffiness, improves skin tone and smoothes wrinkles. Arginine enriches the skin with nutrients and vitamins. The serum moisturizes and retains moisture in the deep layers of the skin. It contains vegetable ceramides (from macadamia oil, rich in natural lipids), which prevent skin moisture loss, strengthen its barrier function, retain moisture inside the skin and make the skin firm and smooth.
